The Nebraska Center for Materials and Nanoscience (NCMN) and the Nebraska Nanoscale Facility (NNF) at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln will hold Lincoln’s annual NanoDays event REMOTELY this year!
NanoDays is a nationwide festival of educational programs about the newest, most transformative realm of scientific discovery and invention that is happening at the nanoscale. To celebrate this exciting science, we invite teachers, students, and their families to be a part of this educational festival. Here's what you can expect:
- Investigate what happens at the nanoscale!
- Learn about ways of bending light to make objects invisible!
- See how to construct nanomaterials!
- Chat with UNL staff about current nano research!
- Free nanoscience education kits will be awarded to the elementary and middle schools with the most participants!
To participate and help your school win free nanoscience kits, please follow the steps below:
- Print these questions about "Nanotechnology: Super Small Science" videos and answer as you watch the videos (6 short videos with one question each).
- View the "Nanotechnology: Super Small Science" videos at https://bit.ly/2ZKJxFF.
- Fill in the form below with your answers and submit.
- After questions are submitted you will automatically receive a completion certificate sent to your email.
